TRAVEL TIPS & ADVICE::

  • LANGUAGE – Sri Lanka operates in 3 different languages: Sinhalese, Tamil and English – most people would understand basic English.
  • ATM’s easily accessible in banks – avoid no name ATM’s.
  • CURRENCY: Sri Lanka Rupees (LKR) – check the rates before you go, as SL currency is extremely unstable.

Vietnam is my second favourite country in Southeast Asia. With its amazing coastline, post-war landmarks and biggest CAVES in the world – it makes in not only hottest destination in the world but also one of the cheapest places to visit. Traveling on a budget is very doable in Vietnam and it’s also pleasurable. With its delicous street food (I know a lot of people say it can make you sick but I would NOT agree with that, and it also depends on many factors). There are hunders of street food vendors, chose fried and fresh food. I was traveling on a budget for a month across Vietnam and never got sick.
